I guess HIPA doesn't apply to me

Today I was in a derm office that I go into very frequently and they were all kind of freaking out. So (like a dumbass) ask, "what's up". So the nurse that is a 'good friend' of mine proceeds to tell me, "The guy on the cellphone and his wife were here to have their lice and parasites in their fecal matter taken care of, they even saved the bugs that came out of their ass on tape so the doctor could see them. I had the heebee jeebies the rest of the day. (this incident also reminds me why i'm not a doctor)
